Brioche Pasquier UK

Bespoke Construction asked Planet Partitioning to undertake the internal partitioning package for Brioche Pasquier’s new 157,485 sq ft Milton Keynes production facility and offices. Brioche Pasquier is a French baking company, employing over 3,000 staff worldwide.

Sound attenuation, versatility and standard of finish were priorities for this project and specification included communal corridors with complementary lines of symmetry between floors and ceilings, plus several meeting rooms and offices.

Our solution

To meet the brief, Planet Partitioning used its premium and highly flexible M100 modular system.

The majority of the corridor partitioning was frameless, but with framed modular glazing to clearly define the offices, meeting rooms and testing facilities opposite. The installation achieved excellent sound attenuation for all office and meeting rooms, with film manifestation added for visual contrast and integrated venetian blinds for extra privacy.

Single glazed glass doors with brushed steel handles and joints now feature throughout the building. The project took around eight weeks to complete.

Project insights

One of the project’s highlights was aligning all partitioning with the ceiling and floor tiles so, as staff and visitors walked down the corridor, the ceiling effectively mirrored the floor.

M100 fulfilled the requirement of full integration of frameless glazed partitions, modular and half glazed walls and glass doorsets.
